Hello,

If you cannot or are unable to uninstall Microsoft Office or Office 365, then use this tool to remove corrupt Office 2019/16/13 from Windows 10/8/7. PowerPoint or any Office documents. Deactivating Office leaves the Office applications on your PC in read-only mode, which means that you can view documents but can't edit or save them, and you can’t create new documents. To remove Office entirely, go to your PC's Control Panel and uninstall Office. Install, open it and use this to uninstall office, make sure to use advaance and remove all registry and files left over. Then restart and install office. Please make sure to carefully do this as if you do it wrong you will lose your data. Let me know the results.

I would like to ask if I remove Dropbox app from my PC,
will it remove all the files in my Dropbox account?

Thanks.

  1. Thank you for all your answers coz i was confused if I delete the dropbox folder in my desktop i thought all my files will be erased as well..

  2. No.

  3. Unless you cancel//delete your account, your information is going nowhere. It will be safe at dropbox. Removing desktop is not going to remove the data.

  4. Your files will remain in your account on the Dropbox servers and in your local Dropbox folder on your hard drive if you uninstall the app.

    • Yes, should not have any impact on your Dropbox account and the files synced by uninstalling the Desktop application.

  5. How do I uninstall Dropbox?

Your Dropbox folder and its contents will remain intact. However, to remove the files in your Dropbox folder from your hard drive, you can drag and drop your Dropbox folder to the Recycle Bin.

    • Uninstalling Dropbox will not delete your Dropbox account or remove the files in your Dropbox folder from your hard drive.

  • I followed your steps to 'Remove an account but keep its email with exporting as .pst data file' and completed the process without a password. When I go to my OUTLOOK folder within the computer, I do not see any backup.pst files, and the files 'must be opened within OUTLOOK.' When I open OUTLOOK 2010 and go to the OUTLOOK data files, each one is empty.
Can you explain this, or help in some way. The only possibly unclear step was #4 'click to highlight the email account that you will remove later' There I highlighted by clicking the email account address rather than any subfolder like 'Inbox' but I did check 'included subfolders.'

Thank you for advising the manual copy&paste to another Email account in Outlook. I did that for 2 giga of old emails from a blocked account and then deleted it. Took less time than I thought.

I followed step 1 removing the account but did not get to the Open Outlook Data File as Outlook stopped responding. Now when I try to open Outlook it will not open as it cannot open the data files.
    Can I overcome this?
